Last (Few) Weeks with SBD: Engineering the Sovereignty Stack

The traditional agency model is built on a house of cards: a dozen different monthly subscriptions, data scattered across public clouds, and privacy “promises” that don’t hold up under scrutiny.

The last few weeks at SBD have been dedicated to tearing that house down and rebuilding it on solid ground.

The Week Before Last: Architecting the Closed System

Our goal was simple but ambitious: total data sovereignty. We spent the week building and linking a completely closed internal ecosystem. We successfully integrated:

  • A Secure CRM: To manage relationships without selling data to big tech.

  • An Internal Email System & Automated Scheduler: Seamlessly connecting outreach to our calendar without third-party “middlemen.”

  • The SBD AI Engine: A private, local LLM that brainstorms and drafts without ever sending your trade secrets to a public training set.

This Past Week: Scaling to the VPS

Once we proved the system worked, we took the next logical leap: Hosting. We migrated the entire “SBD Stack” onto our own high-performance VPS (Virtual Private Server) environment.

This wasn’t just a technical move; it was a strategic one. By hosting the infrastructure ourselves, we can now offer the SBD Solution as a managed service. This means our clients get the full power of an AI-driven marketing cloud with 100% data privacy and zero platform bloat.

What’s Next?

We are currently rolling this infrastructure out to our existing clients, ensuring every handoff is surgical and every workflow is optimized. Once this finalization phase is complete, we will be opening the SBD Stack as a core option for new partners.

We aren’t just a marketing agency anymore. We are your private technology partner.
